Counseling Solutions Treatment Centers (CSTC) - Chatsworth and Counseling Solutions Treatment Centers (CSTC) - Murphy have both been fully Accredited by The Joint Commission, which has surveyed the organizations and found them to meet the requirements for the Behavioral Health Opioid Treatment Accreditation Program

NC Department of Health & Human Services

Counseling Solutions Treatment Centers - Murphy (CSTC Murphy) is licensed through, registered with, and/or inspected by the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services (DMHDDSAS) and the North Carolina Drug Control Unit (DCU), both within the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS). DMHDDSAS also houses the Office of the North Carolina State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA). 

Georgia Department of Community Health

Counseling Solutions Treatment Centers - Chatsworth (CSTC Chatsworth) holds two different licenses from two different divisions within the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH): The Healthcare Facilities Regulation Division (HFR) and the Georgia Board of Pharmacy (BoP). HFR is the licensing and inspecting authority for narcotic treatment programs in the State of Georgia. The Board of Pharmacy also has oversight of "onsite opioid treatment program clinic pharmacies" in the State of Georgia.

Our voluntary membership in AATOD highlights our commitment to ethically sound, evidence-based best practices.

Opioid Treatment Providers of Georgia

Counseling Solutions Treatment Centers (CSTC) - Chatsworth is proud to be a provider member of the Opioid Treatment Providers of Georgia (OTPG), the Georgia state provider's association and state chapter of the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (AATOD). 

GA Dept. of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities

Counseling Solutions Treatment Centers - Chatsworth (CSTC Chatsworth) has an ongoing, working relationship with the Office of Addictive Diseases within the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). Although DBHDD does not directly regulate or oversee narcotic treatment programs in the State of Georgia, the department is instrumental in allocating block grant funding for substance abuse treatment and administering Medicaid dollars for behavioral health treatments. The office of the Georgia State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA) is housed within the Office of Addictive Diseases within DBHDD.
